We had a wonderful stay here! The view was absolutely stunning - right on the beach with beautiful palm trees, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant. The location was great, with easy access to the beach. this place was amazing and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

amazing stay in seamill this summer. upgraded to deluxe room at waterside with fantastic views. location is stunning, right on the beach with views of isle of arran. excellent customer care, got a refund for accidental overcharge. would definitely stay here again, friendly staff and delicious food.

breakfast could have been better

We recently had a romantic escape and it was amazing! the room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the surroundings. the highlight was definitely the spa jacuzzi bath - so relaxing! Plus, the food at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

There were a few things that could have been better. the plug in the jacuzzi bath wasn't working properly, so we couldn't enjoy that feature.

Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, nice location for visiting family, good value for money, extensive gluten-free menu, delicious food.

The Waterside Hotel in Seamill was a fantastic stay with excellent breakfast, superb staff, and a warm welcome for our dog. The location was great and the room had a stunning view of the beach and sea. The hotel had lovely indoor and outdoor spaces, including a beer garden and beach. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed a tasty evening meal and breakfast set us up for the whole day.

This hotel has a great location with stunning views out over the water. It is conveniently located near Largs and Saltcoats, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathrooms are amazing, with some even having a bath. The staff is friendly, polite, and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast, cooked to order, is excellent, and the menu for dinner is also very acceptable. Guests can enjoy a lovely walk on the beach, right in front of the hotel.

The prices at the restaurant are a bit overpriced, considering the food is good but not particularly exceptional.

We had the pleasure of staying in the spacious double deluxe sea view room at Waterside Hotel. The stunning position right on the beach was a dream come true. The staff, from reservations to reception and restaurant, were fantastic - always ready to assist with a warm and friendly attitude. The homely and delicious food exceeded our expectations in both quality and portion size. The comfortable king-size bed with plenty of pillows ensured a great night's sleep. Can't wait for our return!

I had a fantastic stay at a beachside hotel with stunning views. The hotel was clean and had great facilities, including a private gate leading to a beautiful sandy beach. I enjoyed delicious meals, especially the crispy chicken, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable. Parking was plentiful and there were options to eat both inside and outside on the decking or in the gardens.
