The evening meal at Wellwood was absolutely delicious. We started with the shared brochette, which was a refreshing and tasty appetizer. The sizzling platters that followed were cooked to perfection and the portions were generous. Even though we couldn't finish them, we were thoroughly satisfied. The friendly service added to the overall positive dining experience. We will definitely be returning for another meal.

This hotel was exactly what I was looking for as a one night stop. The location was great, just a short walk to the main attractions, and there were plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The rooms were large and comfortable, providing a cozy place to relax despite the cold weather outside. Plus, having a pub and restaurant within the building was convenient, and the breakfast in the morning was excellent and set me up for the day.

We had a great stay in a spacious, clean, and comfortable room with a very modern bathroom. the food was delicious, especially the carvery which offered plenty of options and was a great value. We also loved the location - close to the main street and with ample parking. the staff was really friendly and welcoming - it made us feel right at home.

That we could hear some noise from the floorboards as people moved around the hotel, but it did not really bother us that much. we really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay with great food and friendly staff.
