great location, connected to old town and Sunday walking street, easy access to food and shops, helpful staff, stylish and tasteful hotel, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was ideal, right in the center of the old town. We loved being close to nice restaurants and the night market. The room was clean and cozy, with all the utilities we needed for our short trip. The owner was really sweet and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. the best aspects of our stay were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location in the old town, and the helpfulness of the staff.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being close to shops and restaurants. It is also conveniently situated near the night market in the center of Old Town. the room was clean and the staff provided free coffee and water daily.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and did not match the photos.

The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and there are free drinks, snacks, and 24/7 access to coffee, tea. The local government public transport is conveniently close by. The unique, modern yet traditional Thai style of the accommodation adds to its charm. The guesthouse is perfectly situated for downtown sightseeing and is right in front of the lively night market on Sundays.

We felt very lucky to have found this hidden gem and had no complaints.

I recently stayed at 99 Oldtown Boutique Guesthouse Sha Extra Plus for a weekend getaway. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the vibrant weekend market. The room, although windowless, was surprisingly nice and quiet, a welcome change from the bustling Bangkok. The large bathroom was a bonus, and the flexible check-out time made my departure hassle-free.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Oh my goodness, the location of this place is absolutely insane! It's right in the heart of the town, surrounded by amazing heritage houses and close to all the best shops and a fantastic market. And let's talk about the room – it may be petit, but it's so beautifully set up with stained glass on the window that becomes even more jaw-dropping at night. The bathroom is great, and they even provide free water daily. The staff is beyond friendly and helped me book a trip to a stunning beach. For the price, this place is a total steal!
