We had a fantastic Christmas holiday! the breakfast menu was extensive and delicious, with both full English and vegetarian options. the hosts were friendly and welcoming, always serving us with a smile and engaging in pleasant conversations. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful coastline. the room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, and we especially loved the little extras like the decaf coffee, wagon wheel, and pack of sweets. It felt like a home away from home.

The noise from the thin walls, which could get a bit loud at times. the parking was a bit limited, but the arrangements made by the hosts helped us navigate this issue.

We also loved the clean and cosy atmosphere of the hotel, and the bonus of having a view of the beach from our room. the mini bar downstairs was a great addition, offering reasonably priced wine and Cornish cider. We will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at a charming B&B in a lovely seaside town. The house was beautifully decorated and had a warm and cozy atmosphere. The hosts, Andy and Mark, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as thin walls and creaking floorboards, they didn't really bother us too much.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the town center, making it easy to explore Falmouth on foot. It is also near the sea, providing a picturesque view and easy access to Gyllyngvase Beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some offering a sea view. The hosts are friendly and informative, providing useful tips about restaurants and local attractions. Breakfast is excellent, offering a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also has common areas that are well-maintained and inviting.

I stayed at this lovely guest house and it exceeded all my expectations. The hosts were amazing and made me feel very welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful sea view. The location, just around the corner from Gylly Beach, was perfect. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back.
