We had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the square in the center of the city. We loved the view of the Uruguay river from our room, it was absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The carpeting in the rooms was uncomfortable to walk on and the shower water temperature was inconsistent. our requests for a comfortable sleeping arrangement were not met by the poorly trained front desk staff.
