We had a great stay at this hotel. The location could not be better for the beach and harbour areas, both of which were just a short walk away. The room was comfortable and had everything we could need, including a sitting area and garden furniture. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. We even had breakfast sausage and bacon baps delivered to our room, which was a lovely touch. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with quality services.

The property offers easy access, comfortable rooms, a stunning view, and a welcoming host. The spacious bedroom and ensuite are housed in a charming building. The breakfast provided more than just continental options, with delicious meats and cheeses. The friendly atmosphere made our stay a pleasure, and we would definitely choose this hotel again.

One of the best parts was the stunning view of the Moray Firth, which made waking up in the morning extra special. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with a beautiful beach just across the road and a fantastic pub nearby for delicious meals. I had a wonderful time at "Room Only" and would highly recommend it for a pleasant stay. It was so relaxing to sit and gaze out over the water. the room was spacious and clean, with everything I needed for my trip. Craig, the host, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He even offered to make me something else for breakfast if I didn't like the menu. He was also a great source of information for things to do in the area. the location was perfect, with easy access to explore different parts of Scotland. I highly recommend staying here.
