The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The service housekeeping was top-notch, with my room being serviced daily and all amenities being provided from ironing facilities to free toiletries. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a sitting area and a terrace offering stunning views. The hotel also had a lovely garden area with comfortable garden furniture, perfect for relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the welcome drink, which was a nice touch and added to the overall warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We were delighted with the spacious and clean bedroom at Woodvale. It had a double bed and an extra single bed, along with a fridge stocked with refreshing drinks. The room also had a comfortable seating area, a TV, and a large coffee table. The bathroom was equally impressive, spacious and well-maintained. The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking view from our room, surpassing the views from other pricier hotels we've been to. The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. The hotel's bar and restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere, and the food was outstanding - hot, tasty, and reasonably priced. We were even able to watch the amazing sunset from the window of the bar. we highly recommend the Woodvale for its spacious rooms, beautiful views, and friendly atmosphere.

The only drawbacks were the slightly hard bed and the lack of private parking. However, there was ample free parking available nearby, although it could get busy during dinner time.

The easy parking right opposite our rooms was convenient. the hotel was clean, welcoming, and had a great vibe. The in-room tea/coffee-making facilities were a bonus, and we absolutely loved the great biscuits provided. We will definitely stay here again.
