I had a great experience staying at this hotel in the heart of Gdansk. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the main tourist spots and easily accessible by public transportation. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom stocked with toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, offering a wide range of options. it was a wonderful stay with many convenient facilities.

There was some street noise in the front rooms that could be a bit bothersome at times.

The noise from the street can be quite disruptive, especially during the early hours of the morning.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the warm welcome and the two complementary drinks offered. the hotel was situated right in the heart of the old town, which made it easy to visit the sights. the room was equipped with a comfortable bed and warm blankets that provided a cozy atmosphere that I absolutely loved.

the noise from the street and the adjacent bars was quite disturbing and lasted well into the night. the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been improved, and the plastic mugs used were an environmental concern.

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Our standard room was large, bright, and beautifully decorated, with all the necessary amenities.
