The room was quite cramped, making it tricky to maneuver around the bed, especially since it was positioned against the wall.

staying at the z hotel was a treat. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the theatres. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. i loved the complimentary wine and snacks from 5 to 8 pm. it was a nice touch after a day out.

A fantastic stay with very accommodating staff! Perfectly located just minutes from the Piccadilly tube station. My small room, although without a window, was cleaner than expected. I appreciated luggage storage after check-out and the refreshing complimentary cheese and wine from 5 to 8 pm. Would definitely return!

the shower was surrounded by frosted glass, how romantic. if only i wanted to watch my partner shower. the room was absolutelytiny with almost no shelving for our things, ridiculous! honestly, as someone who expects a little more, i woudl ve been thrilled with a room upgrade or complementary gesture for these inconveniences, but alas, no special treatment here.

The hotel is perfectly situated just steps away from Her Majesty's Theatre, allowing easy access to enjoy shows like "The Phantom of the Opera"! The staff is beyond friendly and very helpful!

The bathroom layout leaves much to be desired with its glass walls, impacting privacy during stays. I also encountered malfunctioning air conditioning that made my stay less than cozy!

i did expect an upgrade considering the room was a shoebox, but they seemed totally uninterested in my comfort. oh, and how delightful to have the bed right in front of the window with zero privacy. breakfast? don’t even get me started on the stale croissants. i almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

We loved exploring the vibrant buzz of Piccadilly Circus and the bright lights of the West End. The staff was really friendly, and they welcomed our pets with open arms, which made our family feel even more at home.

My wife says that the room was quite cramped, and access to the bed was tricky. A little more space would’ve been ideal for our family with kids.

the bathroom was a bit cramped for two, but the location couldn't be beat , right in the heart of london. staff was super friendly and helpful, and the fresh linen on the comfy bed was a nice touch. the communal coffee shop was cozy, making it easy to grab a quick bite.

We loved being just minutes from the vibrant action of Piccadilly Circus, and it was great to enjoy the comforts of our immaculate room, which had a massive TV and cozy bed. The staff even left a sweet note for my daughter’s birthday!

Fantastic location with theaters and Chinatown just a hop away. The room was quiet with super comfy beds—perfect for a snooze! Blackout blinds worked wonders, so I could sleep like a baby.

The towel's size should come with a warning! And that shower hose? More bendy than a gymnast on a good day!
