I stayed at The Z Hotel for a business trip and it was perfect. The location is unbeatable, especially considering the price. The room, even though it was a basement room with no window, was clean and comfortable. The hotel's decor is modern and high quality, making me feel like it was just built. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the WiFi was strong throughout the hotel. The convenience of having light switches and a reading light by the bed was a nice touch. I also appreciated the complimentary water, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate in the room.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was in such an ideal location. This place was within walking distance to all the main attractions of the city. In addition, this venue was conveniently opposite the train station. The staff here were exceptional; the room was spotless and had wonderful amenities such as heating and air conditioning. The housekeeping was top-notch, and I had no complaints about the free toiletries. The parquet floor was lovely, and the dining snack bar was just what I needed after a long day of sightseeing. The receptionists were also fantastic; I could not have asked for better customer service at check-out.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic - the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, right across from Victoria train station, and we were able to easily walk to popular attractions like Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more vegetarian options available.

For our recent trip to Victoria, we chose The Z Hotel for its convenient location. The highlight of our stay was the Cheese and Wine offering - a brilliant concept with a wide selection of quality cheeses, wines, olives, and bread. The manager and staff went above and beyond to assist us upon arrival, and the cozy check-in area provided a great opportunity to mingle with other guests. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and despite being small, the space was well-utilized and comfortable. The large TV at the end of the comfy bed was a nice touch. All in all, it was a reasonably priced hotel with a friendly, helpful staff, and we highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was faultless and the hotel facilities were great. The location, right next to Victoria station, was perfect for our early departure on the Orient Express. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The hotel's location, just opposite the station, was extremely convenient for getting around. It was a short walk to both the National Express coach station and Victoria train station, making it easy to explore the city. The proximity to Victoria station also made it convenient for travelers arriving or departing the city.

The size of the rooms and common areas, such as the reception and seating/eating area, were quite small. This led to overcrowding and made it difficult to find a comfortable place to relax or enjoy a meal.
