The staff was amazing and very attentive to all our needs. They made us feel welcome and were always available to help with any inquiries or requests we had. the location of the hotel was also a huge plus. It was conveniently situated close to all the attractions and restaurants in the city, making it easy for us to explore the area on foot. Additionally, the overall layout of the room and hotel was well-designed and aesthetically pleasing, creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere.

There were a couple of downsides during our stay. the parking situation was quite problematic.

The location of this boutique hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the charming town. Everything you need is within a short walking distance, from fine dining to boutique shops. The rooms are modern and upscale, and the staff, especially Stephan, is friendly and helpful. The outdoor patio is a great place to relax, and the breakfast options are delicious. The hotel has a lovely coastal vibe and provides a wonderful getaway experience.

Some of the furnishings in the rooms may be a bit outdated or dirty.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B and highly recommend it. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the harbor. The staff, particularly Alison and Mariel, were fantastic and provided us with great recommendations and even an anniversary upgrade. The newly decorated main house was beautiful and comfortable. The homemade breakfast in a crate was a delightful touch. Despite the lack of a table, the bed was so comfy that we didn't mind. I had a great experience at The Sydney and would definitely return.

The location of this hotel is absolutely ideal! You are in the very centre of town and so close to everything downtown in Edgartown. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are cozy with comfortable linens.

I was pleased to make the trip to Martha's Vineyard and found this hotel to be a great choice. The location was perfect, as it was close to the town center yet quiet enough for a peaceful stay. The staff went above and beyond in providing recommendations on what to do on the island, which was extremely helpful. The central location was very convenient for getting around and exploring the town. the staff were friendly and gave great advice on local breakfast spots. having the option of leaving our car parked all day was a great bonus.

We found the bedding to be of poor quality and uncomfortable for sleeping. the lack of noise insulation in the rooms made it difficult to get a good night's rest with outside noises and music from nearby establishments.
