The staff was amazing and very attentive to all our needs. They made us feel welcome and were always available to help with any inquiries or requests we had. the location of the hotel was also a huge plus. It was conveniently situated close to all the attractions and restaurants in the city, making it easy for us to explore the area on foot. Additionally, the overall layout of the room and hotel was well-designed and aesthetically pleasing, creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere.

There were a couple of downsides during our stay. the parking situation was quite problematic.

The hotel is conveniently located near the town center, making it easy to explore the area and visit Martha's Vineyard. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms have a charming old-world charm with slanted ceilings, adding a unique touch to the overall ambiance. The breakfast included is homemade and full of delicious surprises, definitely a delightful start to the day.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B and highly recommend it. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the harbor. The staff, particularly Alison and Mariel, were fantastic and provided us with great recommendations and even an anniversary upgrade. The newly decorated main house was beautiful and comfortable. The homemade breakfast in a crate was a delightful touch. Despite the lack of a table, the bed was so comfy that we didn't mind. I had a great experience at The Sydney and would definitely return.

The hotel's location is exceptional - it is so close to everything downtown in Edgartown. We loved that it was in the center of the city, making it convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. Despite being so close to the town center, it was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay.

Exceptional staff and location. Innovative breakfast options, including mini bagels and sliced ham/cheese plate. Coffee service available for early risers. Immediate phone availability for any questions. Beautiful, bougie boutique feel with simple but enjoyable continental breakfast. Attentive and accommodating staff. Accessible water and Kombucha station. Afternoon treats and fire pit add to the overall experience. Would definitely stay again.

I was pleased to make the trip to Martha's Vineyard and found this hotel to be a great choice. The location was perfect, as it was close to the town center yet quiet enough for a peaceful stay. The staff went above and beyond in providing recommendations on what to do on the island, which was extremely helpful. The rooms were charming with their slanted ceilings and the basic amenities provided were more than satisfactory. Additionally, having breakfast included was a fantastic perk.

The rooms are modern and upscale, and the staff, especially Stephan, is friendly and helpful. The outdoor patio is a great place to relax, and the breakfast options are delicious. The hotel has a lovely coastal vibe and provides a wonderful getaway experience.

Some of the furnishings in the rooms may be a bit outdated or dirty.
