We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city near Marble Arch and close to the centre. The tube station was just a short walk away, making it easy for us to explore the city. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, our room was spacious and clean, and the decor had a charming and quirky English feel to it. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a lounge that we really enjoyed spending time in. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

I had a lovely stay at this small hotel. The room was cozy and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were really friendly and always eager to help. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything. I also loved the bar, it had a great atmosphere and served amazing cocktails. They even offer room service, which was a nice touch. I felt like I was well taken care of and I would definitely stay here again.

the hotel's understated exterior belied its hidden gem status. Stepping inside felt like embarking on a journey around the world in 80 days, with a charming and quirky decor. the room I stayed in, Lairs Lounge, was incredibly impressive with its spaciousness and a luxurious outdoor bath. the attention to detail was evident in the plush robes, excellent sound system, and the peaceful ambiance. the staff went above and beyond to make my friend's birthday special, with birthday wishes, a voucher for a birthday cocktail, and an upgrade. the location was great, and I couldn't recommend this place enough.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just a short walk from Marble Arch tube station and there is an amazing Gastro Pub just round the corner. The rooms are well kept and nicely appointed, with a large bathroom and white fluffy towels. The level of room service is very high and the staff are super helpful. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide choice of high quality fresh pastries, breads, and cereals.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The ambiance was amazing, like stepping into a worldly drinking house. The room, specifically the Lairs Lounge with its outdoor bath, was spacious and impressive. Everything worked flawlessly, from the sound system to the thick and fluffy robes. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city's sightseeing spots, such as Marble Arch, which were within walking distance. The staff were consistently cheerful and helpful, and the free WiFi in the room was a great perk.

We had a delightful stay at the Zetter Townhouse Marylebone. The room was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated with charming and quirky English-inspired decor. The four-poster bed was incredibly comfortable, making it difficult to leave in the morning. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the tube and attractions like Hyde Park and Oxford Street. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The free WiFi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected in the comfort of our room. we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Zetter Townhouse Marylebone and would highly recommend it.

The hotel was in a great spot for sightseeing. It was not too far from the main attractions and it was easy to get around. the room was comfortable and clean, with nice pillows and a warm duvet. the staff were very accommodating and helpful with local recommendations. the breakfast was tasty and filling, with a lot of options to choose from.

The walls were quite thin and we could hear noises from the other rooms. the shower pressure was quite weak and we struggled to get a decent flow of hot water.

The location of the hotel is also perfect, with Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens nearby, as well as plenty of cafes and shops to explore. I would highly recommend The Zetter Marylebone for a truly memorable stay.

Although my stay at The Zetter Marylebone was fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the bed was a bit firmer than I would have preferred, but this seems to be a common issue with beds in Europe and the UK. Additionally, the lunch and dinner menus, as well as the room service menu, were quite limited and did not offer many vegetarian options.
