I absolutely loved the spacious room with a big window overlooking the beautiful garden. The sunset view was simply stunning. The location was spot on, with just a 10-minute walk to South Landing beach and all the pubs nearby. The full English breakfast was delicious and I appreciated how accommodating Tracey was with the timing. The owners, Tracey and Richard, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Richard shared fascinating insights into the history of this city and gave us plenty of suggestions for places to explore. I also adored their adorable dogs and cats!

The area was quiet and peaceful, but still within walking distance of pubs, restaurants, and a well-stocked co-op shop. The property had secure gates and offered privacy, and our room was large, comfortable, clean. The bathroom and shower were excellent, and we enjoyed a hearty cooked breakfast each morning with plenty of choice. The hosts, Tracey and Richard, were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The breakfast she served was delicious, and she was always happy to provide local information and recommendations. The B&B itself is beautiful, with a large garden and outdoor seating area. We especially enjoyed the converted shed lounge, which was a cozy spot to relax. We can't wait to go back!

Excellent location on a quiet street, close to fabulous cliffs and beach. Conveniently located near shops and the village center. Tracy, the host, was great and cooked two excellent breakfasts. The detached lounge with a fridge and sink was a bonus. Ideal for those wanting to be close to the beach.

The room was spacious, with a large window that let in plenty of natural light. The comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep, and the tea and coffee making facilities were a nice touch. The breakfast provided was ample and satisfying, and the secure outdoor parking was a convenient perk.

The shared bathroom only had a bath available, which was not made clear before our arrival. It would have been better to have a shower option available for guests.

We had a fantastic stay at Thorncroft! The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with special attention given to the warm weather by providing a fan. The location was perfect for our landscape and bird photography, with easy access to local scenery and wildlife at Bempton Cliffs. Tracy, our host, was absolutely wonderful and made us feel so welcome. We really enjoyed our morning chats and her delicious full English breakfast. The value for money was outstanding, and we're already planning our next trip!

We booked a spacious room with a large bathroom across the hallway. The hosts were friendly and helpful, providing plenty of soaps and gels. The B&B's location was ideal, just a short walk to beautiful coastal walks where we saw seals, puffins, and nesting birds. The property had a lovely garden and a summer house for guests to relax in.

It was a bit inconvenient to have shared bathrooms in all the bedrooms. It would have been better if en-suite facilities were available, especially considering the size of the rooms.
