Great location, just a short walk to the town center. Easy self check-in process. The room was clean and cozy, with complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits. Free WiFi was a nice bonus for staying connected.

The shower was a bit temperamental, with inconsistent water temperature. Some noise from other guests after midnight made it difficult to sleep.

The location was ideal, just a 10-minute walk from the bustling high street. We appreciated the refreshments provided, including coffee, tea, and biscuits. The room was immaculate and the smart TV was a great addition.

Felt truly spoilt, no complaints whatsoever.

The room was beautiful and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern, excellent shower. The location was great, halfway between two popular areas. Also, the hosts were incredible and the kitchen was fully equipped.

There was a gap between the room door and the carpet, causing noise from other guests to be easily heard. The doors wouldn't shut properly and were quite noisy when closed, disturbing everyone in the building.

The location was perfect, being halfway between Bowness and Windermere, making it easy to explore both areas. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the modern amenities, such as the excellent shower and smart TV, added to the overall experience. We also appreciated the hospitality tray with coffee, tea, and biscuits. it was a lovely stay and great value for the price.

Felt safe walking at night, no reason to complain.
