We recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Belfast and had an absolutely fantastic experience. This place is located in the peaceful harbor of the Titanic Quarter, giving us a serene and picturesque view during our stay. It was also conveniently close to the City Centre, allowing us to easily explore all the attractions. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and decor that truly made us feel like we had stepped back in time. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service from the moment we arrived. We were even treated to a complimentary upgrade and vouchers for a drink at the bar. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options for breakfast and dinner.

For my two-night stay at Titanic Hotel Belfast, I got exactly what I was hoping for. Prompt and courteous staff, an exquisite room with a gorgeous view, a place that didn't forget the history of the building, and a close proximity to Titanic Belfast, the very thing I came for. The exclusive dining place, Wolff Grill, was just the icing on the cake. I wish I could've stayed longer.

Rooms with double aspect offering beautiful views, comfortable beds, and themed decor. Friendly and helpful reception staff provided information about local attractions. Hotel has a rich historical atmosphere, with renovated shipbuilder's offices transformed into a luxurious property. Clean and well-maintained. Enjoyed every minute.

The hotel was located very close to the Titanic museum, which was great for exploring the area. You could even wander into some of the empty conference rooms. The interior looked great, reflecting the history of the ship. However, don't expect too much from the room, as it was poor in comparison to everything else.

We had issues with the breakfast service, which was very slow and disorganised. The staff didn't seem to understand how to take an order, which led to long delays.

We loved the historical feel of the hotel, with its living museum of Harland & Wolff memorabilia. The accessible room was fantastic for my wife, with a great bathroom and wet room shower. The breakfast room and food were excellent. The staff, especially Roisin, Kirsty, Jake, and Ben, provided excellent service. The location was ideal for visiting the Titanic Experience and walking along the maritime mile. The room was stylishly decorated and spotless, with cozy robes and slippers provided. The whole hotel had fantastic Titanic and ship-related art and artifacts.

Polite and attentive staff served a very good dinner in the clean drawing room restaurant. The executive room was of great quality and had good facilities such as a coffee machine and big comfortable bed. The location near historic sites and Belfast city was convenient for exploring. a lovely stay.

We loved spending time in the Drawing room, where the food was delicious and reasonably priced. the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the included breakfast had a good variety of options, including gluten-free choices. the quality of the bathrobes, slippers, towels, and bedding was impressive.

Our room wasn't cleaned and we had to request tea and coffee replenishments. Trays of food were left in the corridors for hours without being collected.

We stayed at this hotel and it was amazing. The location was fantastic with all the top tourist spots within easy walking distance. The room was modern, very clean and had amazing views. The staff at this venue were friendly and always willing to assist. They made us feel welcome and were always available when we needed them. The facilities were world class, and we felt right at home with all the modern amenities one would expect from a luxurious hotel. Their customer service was top quality and we enjoyed every minute of our stay here.

I stayed at Titanic Hotel for a few days as a treat for my son who is going through chemo. The staff were incredibly kind and waived the room service fee, even sending us a lovely welcome message on a slate with a chocolate strawberry. The hotel itself is in a historic building with beautiful decor and interesting artifacts. It's right across from the Titanic museum, and there's even a free documentary channel about the Titanic that guests can watch. The bar area is a relaxing space, and the hotel is like a living museum with photos and posters showcasing its history. The staff also accommodated our room change request without any difficulty.

The view from our room was stunning and breathtaking. We were mesmerized by the beauty of the surroundings. the Complimentary Macaroons and Strawberries were a nice added touch to our staycation. we were only a stone's throw away from all the local attractions we wanted to see.

We must say that the service could be better. the waiters were very slow and seemed to be struggling with the demands of the customers.
