The location of the apartment was perfect for exploring the city, as it was close to Liverpool Lime Street Station. Being so conveniently located, it was easy to hop on a train and visit other attractions in the area. the apartment itself was modern and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and high-quality linen. The landlord was also very helpful and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

That the curtains in the apartment didn't join properly, leaving a small gap that allowed some street light to filter through at night. While it didn't bother us too much, it may be an issue for those who are sensitive to light when sleeping.

Luxurious amenities awaited at this hotel. The apartment boasted high-quality appliances, and quirky design made for a delightful stay. It was surprising that the noise level was low despite being in the city centre. An instruction manual with details of local stores proved helpful. The customer-focused plan, cleanliness and polite staff made for an exceptional experience.

The mattress beds were a small issue. Although catering for four people, the mattress toppers were uncomfortable and left someone on the sofa or in a chair.

Great location near the train station and shopping area. Free parking available on the street and a cheap car park nearby. The apartment was recently refurbished, clean, and had crisp white linen. The heating system works well and the apartment was quiet.

The shower was quite poor and needed an upgrade. The bed was uncomfortable as it was just a mattress placed on the floor with no bed frame.
