We had an amazing stay at Urban Chic - Rathbone! the staff were extremely helpful and quick to respond. They even surprised us with a birthday cake and card for my daughter's special day. the apartment was spotless and beautifully modern, with comfortable furnishings and fresh linens. We appreciated the small touches like the provided washing up liquid and washing machine powder. the location was perfect, in an up-market area near Oxford Street and convenient transportation options. We were also impressed by the facilities provided, including an iron, ironing board, fan, and vacuum cleaner. We highly recommend Urban Chic and will definitely be using them again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries before check-in. The location is perfect, just off Oxford Street and right in the centre of everything. There are plenty of very good restaurants nearby, as well as three great pubs within a two-minute walk. The hotel is well equipped with modern furnishings and has high ceilings. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable, and the kitchen and washing machine were very helpful amenities. The hotel is also conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.

We had such a fantastic stay at Urban Chic. the apartment was immaculate, which was a huge relief for someone like me who is very particular about cleanliness. the modern yet cozy design, along with freshly washed linens, made us feel right at home. the apartment was equipped with everything we needed, from an iron and ironing board to a washing machine and vacuum. the location was superb, in a lovely and upscale area close to all the shops on Oxford Street and convenient transport links. the staff were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. They even allowed us to store our luggage at their Baker Street location on our last day so we could make the most of our time in London before heading home.

the location was perfect, just a short walk from the subway station and shopping areas. the apartment itself was modern and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, even accommodating our request for early check-in and late check-out. They even provided us with 2 baby cots free of charge, which was a great convenience for us. I highly recommend Urban Chic - Rathbone for anyone visiting London.

loved our stay at urban chic - rathbone! super responsive staff, moved us to a better room. high ceilings, great view, modern furnishings. perfect for our family with 2 kids. spotless apartment, loved the small touches. amazing location near oxford street. staff was so helpful, even stored our luggage. highly recommend and will use again!

Convenient location, within walking distance to popular attractions and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Well-equipped kitchen, perfect for those who prefer to cook their own meals. Responsive and helpful staff, accommodating early check-in and late check-out requests.

Noise from the nearby pub, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, could be disruptive for light sleepers. Lack of air conditioning in the apartment during the hot summer months.

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful, allowing us to check in early and check out late to accommodate our young children. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city.
