We had a decent stay with some highlights. The hotel has a lovely location opposite a beautiful palace and next to a small beach. We enjoyed dining at the Verso restaurant with its charming ambiance. The staff provided excellent service, especially at the Club Lounge. We savored the breakfast with its various options, and the rooms were clean with exceptional bathrooms.

The pool was nice and clean, and not too crowded. the location was pretty convenient, as it was close to a lot of attractions and restaurants that we wanted to explore.

We felt like we were constantly getting ignored and the few times we did get help, it was just really poor quality. the cleanliness of the hotel was lacking and it definitely didn't feel like a luxury experience.
