For the price we paid, the value at Viking Hotel was excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with three single beds each. The location was perfect for our needs - close to the Excel Centre and O2 Arena, and easy access to public transport. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

One small suggestion to improve the breakfast experience would be to separate the coffee machine from the toaster to reduce congestion in the breakfast area.

The location was great and we found it easily. The bed was comfortable and the staff, especially the receptionist, were friendly and humorous. I was pleasantly surprised by the inclusive breakfast, which even had bacon. it was a satisfying stay.
