The business area was excellent for team meetings and catching up on emails. the bar with darts, large screen TVs, and good food made for a fun evening. the room was modern and clean, with comfortable beds and easy access to a Starbucks. the location was also great, with clean and modern rooms.

The Receptionist man was not welcoming.

The room was very small and did not have many windows for natural light to enter. This resulted in the room getting very stuffy and not feeling as airy and spacious as I would have liked.

We had a blast hitting up the town of Bristol and checking out the Hotel Triplets Entertainment area - so much fun! the rooms were cozy and the beds were super comfy, making for a great chill spot after a day of adventuring.

One thing that could make the stay even better for young party-goers like us would be more late-night entertainment options within the hotel itself.

The staff were top-notch, particularly the bar staff. the bed was so comfy and the shower was a dream. Rooms were spotless and loved the variety of mirrors for every need. We were impressed with the quality and portion size of the dinner. Only downside was being allocated a room with a slightly oppressive grey color scheme, but didn't dampen our overall fab experience. Would definitely recommend! 💫
