The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and the check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. the location of the hotel was also convenient, close to the city center. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the modern decor and cleanliness of the rooms. the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel had a fantastic gym facility, perfect for those looking to stay active during their trip.

One of the worst aspects of the hotel was the lack of heating in the rooms. the air conditioning heater didn't work well and the portable heater provided was not sufficient.

Central location: the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Warrington's attractions and amenities. We were able to walk to nearby shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

Lack of organization: We encountered several instances where the hotel seemed disorganized. Our initial room was already occupied, and we had to be moved to another room.

The bed was extremely comfortable, bedding was nice, staff were patient, helpful & friendly. Enjoyable stay, wished I had more time to explore. One staff member was beyond helpful.

once again, village hotel warrington surpassed my expectations. their staff, especially dee, were polite, friendly, and helpful. the room was spotless with all the amenities i needed. the comfortable bed and smart TV made our romantic stay even more enjoyable.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the spacious rooms with comfy beds, iron and board in the room, and the convenient location to the town centre. The staff, particularly Dee on reception and the young lad in the diner, were extremely helpful and accommodating. Their friendly service made a huge difference to our stay. Additionally, although we didn't have food in the restaurant, the breakfast was great.
