We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, right off the interstate, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Channing who went above and beyond to make our check-in process smooth. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the room was comfortable with a great bed. We appreciated the breakfast and enjoyed chatting with the upbeat breakfast lady. we felt safe and had a pleasant experience.

As party people, we loved the convenient location off the interstate with plenty of restaurants nearby. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff, ensuring our safety. The comfortable beds and pillows, along with a great work space, made our stay even better.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in West Memphis was fantastic! We got great value for our money with a clean and comfortable room that had the most heavenly bed and a nice chaise lounge. The upbeat and fresh decor added a nice touch to the whole hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, especially Cameron who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and even gave us a discount. Queen, another staff member, was also very helpful and provided us with information on the trolley to Dollywood and even set us up with a membership. We will definitely be coming back thanks to the wonderful experience!

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by adding more variety or options.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in West Memphis for a quick overnight stop on my road trip. The location was convenient, just off I40, but I wish I had requested a room on the quieter side of the hotel. The breakfast was average, although they did have warm cinnamon rolls, a nice change from the usual room temperature muffins. What stood out was the excellent service from Channing at check-in. Despite arriving early, she found us a clean room right away and provided helpful information about the area. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a great mattress.

The hotel's location right on the highway made for a very noisy night's sleep. the sound of semitrucks with loud air brakes kept me awake all night.
