Incredible staff, donna's info was a game-changer! Comfy bed, quiet room away from noise, GREAT food choices, super convenient car access!

The staff were top-notch, super friendly and really accommodating, always ready to lend a helping hand and make sure everything was just right. the pool and sauna were a great way to unwind after a long day, and I really appreciated having them at the hotel. the only downside was the noise level in the bar area, which was a bit too loud for my liking, but it didn't ruin my overall fantastic experience. 🌟.

The room was spacious, cozy, and immaculately clean. the bed was incredibly comfortable, prompting us to skip the pool and gym.

Just had the most comfy stay at a village hotel near Cardiff. the pool & sauna were a dream! Service was top-notch. Would def go again. Photos don't do justice.

the village hotel offered a lovely breakfast selection with non-dairy milk available upon request. housekeeping was friendly and accommodating. the clean room had a nice bathroom with a great shower. the dinner was amazing and worth the money. staff were all welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the gym and swimming pool were fantastic amenities.

The walls in the room were not well soundproofed, which made it difficult to relax in peace. we were disappointed to find that there were no plastic receptacles for toothbrush holders in the bathroom.

Improvement could be made by ensuring a quieter environment for senior guests; perhaps more consideration from the children working there towards maintaining a peaceful setting.

The soup at Village Hotel is a bloody legend—taste buds danced with joy. Staff were top-notch, and the swimming pool was mint. Asda's just a brisk walk away for snacks, and Hollybush Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery delivered some proper lush bites.

Couldn't fault much, but a bit of a spruce-up wouldn't go amiss. A bit of elbow grease could fix the sticky tables, but overall, Cardiff charm still sparkles.
