The hosts were extremely welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The bar offered a good choice of drinks, perfect for pre-night out drinks. The hotel's location was great, with all the local attractions, shops, and bars nearby. The staff were lovely and accommodating, even when we arrived early. The breakfast was fantastic, with a full fry-up and all the extras.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to everything in the city center. The rooms were lovely and clean, and it was evident that they had been freshly updated. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was hot and tasty. We appreciated that they allowed us to leave our luggage in the lounge while we were out, at no extra charge.

My husband and I stayed at Walford for a weekend getaway in September. The location was fantastic, right in the center and just a 5-minute walk from the tower and town center. The room we were allocated, although initially disappointed, turned out to be very clean and spacious. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, especially considering my broken ankle, and did their best to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a traditional cooked breakfast, toast, cereals, tea. we were extremely satisfied with our stay and can't wait to return.
