Courtyard room on the first floor was welcoming, quiet, and comfortable. Enjoyed the included breakfasts and dinners at our expense in the Jockey Club restaurant. Helpful and attentive staff. Enormous car park.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We loved sitting by the fire in the cozy lounge, it was the perfect place to relax after a long day. The breakfast was amazing, with a fantastic selection of food including delicious Eggs Benedict. we were extremely satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

My partner and I stayed at Western House Hotel for the New Year races, and it was our favorite hotel stay yet. The location was perfect for our plans, and the service was outstanding. We were able to check in early, and our room was spotless. The staff responded quickly to our room service request, and the evening meal was delicious. The breakfast was fully served and in a comfortable dining room. The Courtyard room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay enjoyable and memorable.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The location was ideal for us, as it was conveniently situated on our way to the ferry departure point in Cairnryan. The hotel itself was luxurious, providing enhanced comfort and quality services. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with a sitting area and a terrace overlooking the beautiful garden. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of amenities, such as room service, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this venue to anyone.

The staff were excellent, the food was fabulous, and the rooms were comfortable with high-quality decor. We were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to an executive double room. The attention to detail was impressive, and we loved the little touches like hearing the horses from the nearby racecourse. The pillows and bedding were the best we've had in a long time, and we even received hot cocoa packets and cookies. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back. I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Ayr for a much-needed break. The staff were efficient and friendly, and the private dining experience was fantastic. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel also had a selection of malts and gins that impressed me. We had a wonderful stay here, with plenty of safe parking and a stunning location next to a racecourse. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, giving us lots of tips on where to go. The room was spacious and had great amenities like a mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and we enjoyed a tasty breakfast and evening meal. The hotel had a beautiful garden area and a sun terrace where we could relax. we had a fantastic experience at this venue.

The hotel is in a great location, right beside the racecourse and in beautiful gardens. The room in the annex was well appointed, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. The staff were friendly and the service was good. The restaurant had a great selection of food and the quality was excellent. I had a fabulous time at a wedding held at the hotel, with amazing food and great service for the bridal party.

Our overnight stay at Western House was truly delightful. The hotel surpassed our expectations with its beautiful gardens and stunning main building. The room we were given, thanks to a kind upgrade, was both spacious and beautifully appointed. We were also treated to a delightful afternoon tea for two, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were incredibly polite, courteous, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was out of this world and provided the perfect start to our day. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and family. I highly recommend this hotel.

We got great value for our money with a lovely room that had nice touches like shortbread biscuits, water, and fruit on arrival. The staff treated us well and the location was perfect for those flying from Prestwick airport.

The breakfast items could have been delivered a bit more promptly.

The room we stayed in wasn't up to par. It was noisy, with a loose toilet seat and a fan in the bathroom that sounded like a helicopter taking off.
