My xmas stay at this hotel was overall positive. The hotel had a good breakfast and free Wi-Fi in rooms. The location was key, being close to the town center and shopping areas. The staff was friendly and helpful which added to the pleasant atmosphere. Another advantage was the comfortable bed and room temperature control.

The overall upkeep of the hotel needs an upgrade as I found frayed towels and bedding, mould in the bathroom, and some knocks and dents in the room. The parking lot was too crowded during this busy season which created a worry for my car.
