the guests and I had the pleasure of indulging in the full-service spa, enjoying rejuvenating massages and facials. the hotel boasts fantastic recreational facilities like a hot tub, fitness center, sauna, golf course, indoor pool, and outdoor tennis courts. I was impressed by the award-winning spa with 10 treatment rooms, the indoor heated pool, and the extensive gym facilities. the rooms were impeccably clean, the reception staff was attentive, and the leisure staff were friendly. the breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh choices.

Issue with being charged twice for the room.

I selected this hotel for a product showcase due to its impressive event facilities with 7 meeting rooms and 4350 square feet of conference space. The quick check-in process, warm cookie on arrival, and comfortable bed enhanced my stay.

Pros Had an awesome time during my city break. the food was top-notch, especially the duck dish that was simply amazing. the breakfast was surprisingly good too, even for someone like me who's not big on fried breakfasts. the spa area was a real treat, and I loved that they had a hot tub to relax in after a busy day exploring the city.

Cons On the downside, the room felt a bit dated though it was clean. sharing the pool with twenty kids during swimming lessons wasn't exactly the romantic break I had in mind.

I keep returning for the perfect stay. the staff kindly gave me a wake, up call once. With Wi, Fi, indoor pool, fitness center, spa. I come back for romantic getaways.

We loved the Family Fun Zone at the hotel, perfect for our kids to play games and enjoy some quality family time. the pool area was a hit, offering slides and a children's splash zone. the hotel also provided babysitting services, allowing my wife and I to have a relaxing date night.

My wife says that the hotel should consider adding more kid-friendly meal options to the restaurant menu.
