The best aspect of this hotel is its prime location right next to the train station. It is incredibly convenient to access transportation options, including buses and subways. The hotel facilities are top-notch, offering a clean and comfortable environment. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Great complementary breakfast and comfortable beds. Location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. We also enjoyed the view from our room.

The location is excellent, with everything you need nearby. The stay was very comfortable and the staff was helpful. There are restaurants and shopping options within the Nagoya Station complex. The pool was a hit with my children.

The location is excellent, right on top of a busy train station. The view from the room is phenomenal and private. The staff is friendly and communicable in English. The room is spacious and perfect for a family.

The staff were extremely attentive and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to shopping and restaurants, making my experience even more enjoyable. The breathtaking views from my room added an extra touch of beauty to my stay.

The only thing that caught me by surprise was the surcharge to use the pool and gym.
