We had a fabulous stay in the shepherds hut. The breakfast and goodies provided were superb! The hut was warm, cosy, and everything was first class. The hot tub and watching the northern lights was bliss!

I recently stayed at a charming countryside B&B that exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was superb, with a lovely Laura Ashley country-house style decor in the spacious en-suite bedroom. The White Company toiletries and tea/coffee tray were a thoughtful touch. The hosts were warm and welcoming, even offering delicious homemade cake upon arrival. Breakfast went beyond the usual continental fare, with tasty bacon and egg butties, kippers, and a delightful poached egg and avocado dish on homemade bread. The beautiful location, close enough to nearby villages and attractions, allowed for stunning views from my room. I also appreciated the fresh filtered coffee provided with breakfast.

The location of this property is perfect for exploring the nearby villages and local attractions. It is close enough to the village of Thropton where you can find several pubs if you don't feel like cooking. The views from the property are breathtaking, with beautiful landscapes and the opportunity to gaze at the stars at night. The room is well-equipped with comfortable beds and a power shower. a hamper basket is provided, adding a nice touch to the stay.

The Juliette Balcony offered a stunning view of the surroundings, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.

We did find that the heating in the room took a while to warm up, which made it a bit chilly at times.

My partner and I stayed at a cozy, comfortable hut called "Leveret" at Westfield House Farm. The hut was clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. We had a minor issue with a missing key, but the owner quickly resolved it with a friendly attitude. The hut had a heater and traditional stove, perfect for cozy evenings. The kitchenette and provided breakfast items were excellent touches. We loved the outdoor amenities like the hot tub and firepit/BBQ. The hosts also provided games and books. We would definitely recommend the huts and plan to return.
