We had a wonderful stay at By The Sea in Port Douglas. The room was compact, but had everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The hotel provided extras like beach gear, shopping trundles, and a well-stocked library. The location was perfect, close to the beach and main street. Highly recommended!

The hotel offered an impressive range of complimentary extras, such as beach equipment, bikes, and even a new computer for 14 days. The location was unbeatable, just a short stroll to the beach and the vibrant Macrossan Street filled with shops and restaurants. I highly recommend By The Sea for a wonderful holiday experience.

Great facilities and excellent staff made our stay enjoyable. We appreciated the complementary equipment such as beach chairs and bikes. the location was also perfect, being close to the action but not too noisy. We particularly enjoyed the beach view from our room.

The apartment was not as clean as we had hoped and some of the furniture was worn. Though we enjoyed the complementary equipment, some of it was in poor condition.

I had an amazing stay here! The staff are super friendly and helpful. This place is right by the beach and has everything you could need for a day on the sand, like beach toys and umbrellas. The location makes it really easy to get around, with everything within walking distance. Also, the room was really fantastic - it was clean and well-equipped with a kitchen and balcony.
