I absolutely adored the charming English garden at the hotel, it was like stepping into a lovely painting. the elegant decor throughout the property made me feel like a lady from another time. I found it very easy to move around the hotel, especially for someone like me with a few more candles on her birthday cake.

The children working there could improve helping seniors navigate in the hotel.

the serene atmosphere of the property, from the uncrowded spa facilities to the beautifully landscaped gardens, created a truly peaceful and relaxing experience. the tech upgrades in the rooms were a nice touch, enhancing the overall comfort of the stay. A vegetarian Sunday roast option and more generous food portions would be a welcome improvement.

We loved the peaceful and attractive surroundings of the hotel, making us feel like we were truly away from it all. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with great treatments at the spa and the added convenience of tech upgrades like bedside USB charging ports and Chromecast-compatible TVs. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Whatley Manor is a beautiful heritage property with stunning English gardens and lovely room decor. the staff provides exceptional customer care, and the facilities, including the spa, are top-notch. the breakfast offerings are delicious and well-prepared, with a great hot breakfast selection. a truly delightful experience.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly polite and courteous, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The spa facilities were especially beautiful, with a stunning pool and a relaxing atmosphere. The food in the restaurant was of a high standard, both for dinner and breakfast, offering delicious options to suit different tastes.

There were a couple of areas that could be improved upon. the Wi-Fi in the room was inconsistent, making it difficult to use our phones and other devices.

We recently stayed at a beautiful countryside hotel with stunning grounds and comfortable rooms. the location was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. the spa facilities were top-notch, immaculate, and absolutely fantastic- they exceeded our expectations. the gym was well-equipped considering it was a boutique hotel.

We were surprised to see an additional 10% service charge added to everything, including already relatively expensive drinks and food. We also felt that some areas of the hotel looked a bit worn and could do with updating.

We also had access to a sun terrace and garden area, which were beautiful and well, maintained. The breakfast was generous and delicious , an ideal way to start the day. Cons: the service at the restaurant was patchy, and our order was delayed.

The addition of an infrared sauna to the spa was a welcome surprise. The staff even offered to park and charge my electric car. And I must say, the hotel beds were incredibly comfortable - some of the best I've ever slept in!

Whatley Manor provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, and I could explore the grounds for days and still find something new to admire. the attention to detail and the General Manager's commitment to sustainability only enhanced my experience.
