We loved the peaceful and attractive surroundings of the hotel, making us feel like we were truly away from it all. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with great treatments at the spa and the added convenience of tech upgrades like bedside USB charging ports and Chromecast-compatible TVs. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly polite and courteous, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The spa facilities were especially beautiful, with a stunning pool and a relaxing atmosphere. The food in the restaurant was of a high standard, both for dinner and breakfast, offering delicious options to suit different tastes.

There were a couple of areas that could be improved upon. the Wi-Fi in the room was inconsistent, making it difficult to use our phones and other devices.

We recently stayed at a beautiful countryside hotel with stunning grounds and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The spa facilities were top-notch, immaculate, and absolutely fantastic- they exceeded our expectations. The gym was well-equipped considering it was a boutique hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and nothing was too much trouble.

We were surprised to see an additional 10% service charge added to everything, including already relatively expensive drinks and food. We also felt that some areas of the hotel looked a bit worn and could do with updating.

We also had access to a sun terrace and garden area, which were beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfast was generous and delicious - an ideal way to start the day.

The service at the restaurant was patchy, and our order was delayed. We also noticed one very minor negative - a strange bad smell in the cafe area of the spa.

The addition of an infrared sauna to the spa was a welcome surprise. The staff even offered to park and charge my electric car. And I must say, the hotel beds were incredibly comfortable - some of the best I've ever slept in!

Whatley Manor provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, and I could explore the grounds for days and still find something new to admire. The attention to detail and the General Manager's commitment to sustainability only enhanced my experience.
