Despite some minor drawbacks, like the curtains not pulling across properly and some streetlight glare, the updated accommodation had everything we needed. The off-street car parking was convenient, and the town of Cricklade proved to be a pleasant and quiet base for exploring the Cotswolds. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Spent New Year's in this cozy and comfortable inn, centrally located with easy access to parking. Staff were exceedingly friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the splendid selection of continental breakfast items, including fresh pastries and fruits. the bathroom was impeccably clean without a single stray hair in sight.

The decor, while charmingly vintage, could use some updating. Although the view of the busy street outside was lively, it made for a rather noisy night's sleep.
