At Hotel Triplets Entertainment - a family-friendly space within the resort, our children had a blast with engaging activities, a play area, and the friendly staff. the atmosphere was lively, making our family time truly enjoyable.

My wife says that more children's entertainment options should be added.

The Estuary Sarovar Premiere Poovar Island provided an excellent stay between the backwaters and sea, offering clean rooms with sea views, delicious food options, and extensive well-maintained gardens. the staff, including Parvathy, Pravitha, and Taniya, were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Complimentary boat tours and mangrove tours enhanced our experience, along with evening tea, snacks, and local entertainment. the spa and various pools added to the relaxation, while the nearby Poovar Island offered a unique experience for family bonding. power fluctuations at night and a narrow access road were minor inconveniences.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I had a fantastic experience that truly stood out from my previous travels. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr Ajith, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the restaurant offered a delightful breakfast spread with mouth-watering dishes that catered to both Indian and continental tastes. the pool area overlooking the lagoon and sandy beach was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. the hotel's spa centre provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and pampered. the complementary boat service to the beach was a fun way to explore the area and unwind with friends.

While my overall experience at the hotel was outstanding, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. the room service could be more efficient to ensure guests' needs are met promptly.

The location by the sea, mangrove boating, and pool activities were simply jaw-dropping! the Estuary view room was super cozy, and the breakfast and dinner menus were mind-blowing. the lush surroundings, private pool villa, and friendly staff all added up to a truly UNFORGETTABLE experience. the complimentary boat tours, Ayurvedic treatments, and evening tea with local performances were all icing on the cake. Don't miss out on the paid mangrove tour for a refreshing coconut water break. the warm hospitality and cleanliness made the stay truly remarkable. Can't wait to be back!

The room we stayed in at Estuary was spacious and comfortable. The bed, pillows, and sheets were of high quality, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the complimentary evening high tea at Chayakkada, a nice touch. The hotel arranged for a mangrove and backwater ride, which was a beautiful and memorable experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with well-maintained cottages and a very clean swimming pool. The hotel facilities were impressive, including free indoor gaming and activities that kept us entertained. The location, next to the backwaters, provided a natural ambience and a beautiful view. The staff was very polite and accommodating, especially Mr. Sangeeth, the new front desk Manager, who made our check-in and check-out process quick and easy. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of traditional South Indian food. our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The serene atmosphere and overall ambience were pleasant. Ample-sized swimming pools were clean with attentive pool attendants. The room was excellent, and the bathroom superb for families. The friendly staff helped with arrangements. The complimentary breakfast was good, and the resort had beautiful gardens and multiple pools with Neyyar and beach views.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, close to the main road and with easy access to the city center. the staff were very attentive and always ensured my stay was comfortable. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the on-site Ayurveda center, where I had a fantastic massage that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. the view from my room was amazing, with picturesque surroundings and a peaceful ambiance that was perfect for relaxation.

While the hotel had many great features, there were also some aspects that I didn't enjoy. the indoor and outdoor sports facilities were poorly maintained, making it hard to enjoy any physical activities.

This hotel provides a luxurious and relaxing stay with exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Swimming pool. the massage was top-notch and the pool with a view was breathtaking. the private facilities offered high privacy for a satisfying stay.

The indoor swimming pool's temperature was too cold and not suitable for swimming. This minor issue didn't ruin the overall experience in the hotel.
