The hotel was easy to find, perfect for a budget weekend. Staff were friendly, food was reasonably priced, and my room was clean with a comfortable bed. the lack of staff caused delays in service. The family room was spacious but uncomfortably hot. Some rooms were dated with maintenance issues and noise disruptions. Breakfast was unorganized and bland. Staff behavior was unprofessional. On the upside, the bath and shower were great in one room.

The location offered ample parking and a convenient stroll to local attractions like the reptile centre and various spots around town. the room was well-maintained, with a pleasant bathroom and swift check-in/out process. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant served satisfactory evening meals.

The room was spacious & light. the food was excellent and well priced. Staff were great, always smiling and very helpful. the White Rabbit is a lovely place to stay, & has a good outside area to sit out in and plenty of parking space. We would definitely stay here again. the garden area provided a peaceful retreat, enhancing relaxation. Exploring nearby landmarks like the New Forest National Park and All Saints Church added to our family bonding experience, despite the hotel needing some updates.

Our room had a tap that wasn't operational, leading to a relaxing bath-only experience for the night. Despite this, the cozy pub ambiance and friendly breakfast team made our stay enjoyable. Overall I recommend this hotel.

We were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent staff service. the staff, particularly Debbie and Katie, were friendly and helpful. the hotel's location was convenient, being right in the centre of this city, with great parking facilities.

Everything is what I need and want.

I keep coming back for the cozy rooms, friendly staff who found my lost wallet, and the free Wi-Fi, parking, bar, and non-smoking policy. It has all I need - flat-screen TV, wheelchair access, pets allowed. Excited to return for New Year!

we had a fantastic stay at white rabbit by chef & brewer collection. all the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. the korean pork belly bites were a highlight of our meals. the room was spacious with a great bath and amazing shower - perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the new forest area. the central location made it easy for us to walk to shops and the high street. overall, a comfy and enjoyable stay.
