We had a fantastic stay with the hotel. The room was very clean and modern, providing us with a pleasant and comfortable experience. The location of the hotel was exceptional, being very near transport links and adjacent to the front of the station. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city and travel to central areas of this city. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly, taking care of all our requests promptly. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and staff exceeded our expectations and made our stay enjoyable.

We had a fantastic time here! The location was amazing, just a stone's throw from the central station with trains all over the city. Plus, it's situated in a great area next to a picturesque canal basin where you can take a break on one of the benches next to the water. The room amenities were top-notch too, with air conditioning and a range of free toiletries, cookware, and kitchen utensils. We also appreciated the in-room safe, flat-screen TV, and the dining bar/lounge area. Above all, the staff were always ready to help us with anything we needed and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our stay.

This place is highly recommended to our friends and family, especially for their leisure or facilities like free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception.

Cleaning arrangements were different and confusing.

The room had lovely extras like real milk and good tea bags. The location was great, easy walking distance to transportation and lots of places to eat nearby. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.

The air conditioning was either too much or not enough. The windows didn't open and the lowest setting for the air conditioning was still too cold.
