I stayed at Holiday Inn Martinsburg and was pleased with the convenient location and clean rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. Despite a few drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The recently renovated rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was enjoyable and there were plenty of TV channels to choose from. The indoor pool was a great addition. The onsite restaurant provided delicious food.

I gotta say, the value for money at this place was spot on! The room was top-notch, clean, and had the comfiest beds ever. The location was perfect for our dog too, with pet-friendly rooms close to the dog run. And let me tell you, the staff went above and beyond to make us happy. They even found and shipped my husband's lost wedding ring!

Breakfast items could use a little improvement. While the food was good, it didn't have that "wow" factor.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our Christmas getaway. It was conveniently located near the highway, giving us easy access to explore the surrounding areas. Additionally, the spacious and comfortable room provided a relaxing atmosphere during our stay. Furthermore, the on-site restaurant offered delicious food that satisfied our taste buds.

There were a few aspects of our experience that we were not thrilled about. the restaurant seemed to be understaffed, resulting in long wait times for service.

The room was spacious and the bed was somewhat comfy. The pool location was nice. The restaurant served good and tasty food. The hotel's location was very good, with prime access to the highway. The staff provided great hospitality and went above and beyond. They even had a shower chair in the handicapped room for wheelchair accessibility. everything in the hotel was nice and clean. It was also conveniently close to food and shopping options.

We felt spoiled, but honestly, there was nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was satisfying, with a variety of fresh fruits and yoghurts to choose from. The room was modern and clean with plenty of outlets, and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the fast WIFI connection. it was a very convenient area to be in, and the spa tub and pool were fantastic amenities that we took full advantage of.

The only negative was that the hotel seemed a bit outdated in certain areas.

The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond. The handicapped room was well-equipped and spacious, with a shower chair. Easy access off #81. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room service was excellent, even for breakfast which had to be paid for. I would definitely return.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff was friendly and attentive, the spa tub in my room was fantastic, and the pool was clean and the perfect temperature. It was a nice touch to be provided with towels and soaps, as well as "bubbles" for the spa tub. The room was spotless, and I loved being able to control the thermostat. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft and plush sheets and blankets. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends and family, and will continue to do so.
