Additionally, the friendly receptionist went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early, which was a much-needed gesture after a long flight. The flavored water and coffee in the lobby were a nice touch, and we appreciated the convenience of being able to pick up food service orders or have them delivered. The proximity to a boutique mall and another larger mall made it easy for us to explore and find entertainment options. our stay at the Charlotte Marriott Southpark was exceptional, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Slow and noisy elevators, which can disrupt sleep if your room is located close by. Windows in my room were stuck and couldn't be opened.

My recent stay in this hotel was impressive. The location is ideal, adjacent to a large shopping complex with a beautiful courtyard. The room was spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The service was top-notch, especially with the friendly staff members who made me feel welcome. There are plenty of things to do in the area, including dining at nearby breakfast places. The facilities were modern and well-maintained as the room had many accessible plug outlets.

The elevators were a bit slow.

The gym is fantastic and it felt great to have an intense workout. I was impressed with the room service, where my food arrived quickly in to-go containers, making it easy to eat in my cozy room. The hotel also offers plenty of free parking, which is rare for hotels in this city. The staff here are exceptional - they made me feel like family from the moment I walked in. They were friendly, helpful, and even provided refreshing water with fruit at the entrance.
