The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They quickly accommodated our room change request and provided great recommendations for local dining and shopping. The hotel's dining and bar areas were beautiful, opening up to a stunning pool. The cocktails during happy hour were delicious. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony. The AC worked perfectly and the bathroom had a large bath and separate shower. The daily room cleaning was efficient and thorough. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the staff were attentive to every detail.

Although the hotel is located in a beautiful, remote area which was ideal for a romantic escape, it did make it challenging to find other dining options outside of the hotel. the bed was a bit firm for our liking but overall, it was an incredible experience and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

We had a wonderful family stay in a stunning location with a tiered garden that provided breathtaking views. The private dining area was perfect for our meals, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast options were delicious and satisfying, and we enjoyed the convenience of being close to Harrogate centre and Alton Towers.
