The room was amazing with a lovely bathroom and private balcony for a chill with no disturbances. The bed had a memory foam mattress and a pillow to go along with it and I could have fallen asleep as soon as I first laid on it. The room was lovely and clean and had everything in it that you could have thought such as toothbrushes etc!! The view and garden to the rear was picturesque. The evening meal was very good too. I'll highly recommend this hotel.

Outdoor seating area was a bit overgrown, and there was no hot water initially. However, these issues were rectified fairly quickly.

Excellent breakfast and dinner, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms, high standard of finish, plenty of parking.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely pub with lovely rural views. The hotel facilities were excellent, with attractive public areas that were clean and well-maintained. Our recently modernized and stylish room had all the amenities we needed, including a very comfortable bed and a large TV. The restaurant offered a very reasonable carvery dinner, which was delicious, and the breakfast the next morning was also great, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were charming and very helpful, ensuring that we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The housekeeping was top-notch, and we appreciated the little touches like the complimentary toiletries and the ironing facilities available. We also enjoyed dining in the restaurant, where we were treated to a delicious breakfast and a variety of menu options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, making our stay truly memorable.

Although this place was surrounded by greenery, there was some road noise in the room due to its proximity to a busy A road. However, this did not affect my overall enjoyment of the stay.
