We were a bit weary of staying in a non-window room but we figured we wouldn’t be spending too long inside as we wanted to explore Soho. There is a frosted window with really cool buttons to control the blind on how much light you let into the room! Frosted wall between the room and the bathroom/shower room so I wouldn’t recommend for friends who aren’t comfortable with seeing each other’s shadows as they shower or use the toilet, but traveling as a couple was absolutely fine! Great hairdryer, rainfall shower head, 2 UK plug sockets, 2 USB sockets. I enjoyed the happy hour time! Good wine, cheese, and some olives every day just to relax for a while. The location was really good, many coffee places around, restaurants, and pubs. Safe to walk at night! In the middle of all attractions we wanted to visit. Water boiler in the room, and replacement of used coffee tea each day. My room was upgraded on arrival. It was compact but comfortable with an excellent wet room. Good wifi too. The bar on the first floor was open late and the barman very friendly and happy to serve drinks into the night! The local area was busy but friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, being close to the center, near the theater, and just a stone's throw away from Oxford Street. It was right in the center of Soho, making it easy for us to explore the vibrant nightlife and enjoy the shopping options. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a cozy cafe where we enjoyed a delicious chicken and bacon salad bowl. We also appreciated the complimentary wine and cheese served every evening. this hotel provided us with a clean and comfortable stay in a prime location.

Great location for our evening at the London Palladium. Our accessible Queen room was perfect, with a great shower, comfy bed, and helpful staff. The continental breakfast was lovely, and we appreciated the staff's accommodating attitude. I would recommend this hotel for a stay.

I recently stayed at Z Hotel for a few nights and had a great experience. The staff were really nice and helpful, especially when we missed our flight and needed to extend our stay. The room, although small, was clean, new, and comfortable. The location was excellent, with plenty of options for food and shopping nearby. it was a good experience and I would definitely come back.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything in the West End, smack bang in the middle of Soho, Carnaby, and Oxford Street. It's amazing that you can stay in the best area of London at such an affordable price. The staff here is so friendly and attentive, making sure every detail is taken care of. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, with enough room to move around comfortably, even for more than a couple of nights. it's a perfect stay in a central location.

Our recent stay at The Z Hotel was exceptional. The location was perfect, just off the bustling streets of London but still within walking distance of stations, bars, and shops. The hotel itself was modern and clean, giving off a cool and contemporary vibe. The room was small yet fully equipped, and the bed and pillows were the comfiest I've experienced during my travels. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary cheese and wine offered every evening. The staff were friendly and polite, promptly fixing any issues we had, such as a malfunctioning TV remote. I was extremely impressed with The Z Hotel and will definitely stay again.

As a woman traveling alone, I loved the convenient location and the friendly and helpful staff. The bed was comfortable, and the TV exceeded my expectations in size. The shower was nice, and everything appeared to be clean. I also appreciated the neat panel by the bed that controlled the window, heating, AC, and lighting. a great experience.

The hotel offered free afternoon wine and cheese which was a nice touch. the staff in the dining room were super friendly and helpful. the location was great as there were plenty of transportation options nearby. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the room.

The bathroom set-up was quite uncomfortable as the glass door was see-through, leaving little privacy. the room was very small for two people, making it feel a bit cramped.

Located in a busy and vibrant area, the hotel is close to cafes, theaters and shops, and just a stone's throw away from Oxford Street and the tube station. The rooms are ultra-modern, compact, and come with a brilliant shower and a large, clear TV. The hotel provides free Wi-Fi and tea and coffee in the rooms, and the cleaning staff is friendly and efficient.

The hotel's air conditioning system could be too stuffy and hot, especially in the absence of clear instructions on adjusting the fan system.

This hotel is really value for money, with reasonable prices for a great location in the Centre of Soho near all the shops, restaurants and theatre. The staff is helpful and the basic amenities are complete. Plus, you can get a room with twin beds and windows without charge.

All was good.

The room was amazing, with a comfy bed and great lighting and temperature control. I felt right at home and had a good night's sleep.

The only thing I didn't love was the size of the table area, but it's just a personal preference.
