The hotel is conveniently located in the center, close to the exhibition area and easily accessible by tram to downtown. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean, with all the necessary amenities. The reception staff is helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel also offers fast WiFi for guests to stay connected.

One guest mentioned that the breakfast service was a bit slow, but the food was fresh and cooked to order.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the prices were very reasonable, offering great value for money. Secondly, the staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the basic amenities in the room were in good condition, and I particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi. Lastly, the hotel's location was convenient, being close to a supermarket, exhibition center, and tram station.

My experience at this hotel was great.

During our stay at the hotel, we found the receptionists to be extremely helpful and professional. They were fluent in English and treated every situation with professionalism. The rooms were also very good and offered a reasonable price, regardless of availability and season. The hotel's fair policy was definitely a plus.

The hotel is new and located just a short distance from the exhibition center which was very convenient. the staff was mostly helpful and the free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch.

The location is far from downtown and you need to walk a lot to reach the bus. the lamp near the bed did not work, and you needed to call reception for additional toilet paper rolls.
