The staff were outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even provided complimentary incense in my room, which was a nice touch. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with everything well-maintained and tidy. The location was perfect, with a beautiful lake and play park nearby for the children. Additionally, it was conveniently close to popular attractions like Longleat Safari Park and the cities of Bath, Bristol, and Bradford on Avon.

The hotel is conveniently located near several fast food outlets and is very close to popular attractions such as Longleat safari park. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely touch of water provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel had a beautiful view of the surroundings.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed. The hotel facilities were well-appointed and the grounds were lovely, perfect for walking our dog. The location was ideal, offering a retreat-like atmosphere with peace and quiet, while also being conveniently close to several places of interest for family days out. There was also a pub just a few minutes walk away for dinner. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious and set us up for the day. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Lovely stay at this excellent property. Cosy rooms. Lovely breakfast and friendly welcoming staff. Ideal for families with young children as there is even a full kitchen for guests to use. The Lighthouse had thought of everything, with each detail carefully considered for a great customer journey. The surroundings are beautiful, with a lake and open land for walks. The staff were friendly and I will definitely recommend this hotel to others. Great location, close to Bath, Longleat, and Cheddar Gorge. Gluten-free options available for a full English breakfast.

Great views, friendly staff, communal kitchen, close to Longleat. Tasty takeaway breakfast, welcoming check-in, clean rooms with nice bathroom products and fluffy towels. Easy to find even in bad weather, good signage. a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
