Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time! The decorations were top-notched and there were lots of festive activities for guests. The rooms were new and clean, and the location was perfect - close to Arcadia and with a fantastic beach club nearby. The hotel also owned a nightclub that offered a great party scene. One of the best things about this hotel was the free entry to the club and a 20% discount on food and drinks during the daytime.

The staff was occasionally sullen and didn't seem to pay much attention to guests. Sometimes the wait for breakfast could be a little long, but the quality of the food made up for it.

During my solo trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel close to the center of the city and not far from the beach. The location was ideal for exploring the vibrant city center and enjoying the beautiful Black Sea. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. I was impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start the day off right. The hotel also had a gym, which was a convenient facility for staying active during my trip.

I did experience one negative aspect during my stay. The internet connection in the room was quite poor, making it difficult to stay connected and use the internet.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The spacious rooms were spotless and had exclusive amenities, including a luxurious Jacuzzi in the bathroom. The service was impeccable and the staff was attentive to all our needs. The spa & wellness centre was a perfect place to relax and unwind, with heated swimming pool, sun loungers and beauty treatments. The outdoor dining area and restaurant were top-notch, with delicious menus and special diet options. The private facilities added a touch of exclusivity to our stay, making it a truly luxurious experience.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the outdoor swimming pool was a bit small, but it didn't hinder our enjoyment. we highly recommend this venue for a luxurious and relaxing stay with exceptional service and amenities.
