The value we got for our money was excellent, with a comfortable and beautifully decorated room. The location was great, allowing us to easily explore various attractions on foot. The staff at Kimpton treated us with utmost respect and hospitality, always making us feel welcome.

For breakfast, it would be nice to have a wider variety of options.

Parking fees were high , billing errors for minibar items and umbrella, hot water issue not resolved, sheets not changed, and dirty glasses left.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a unique boutique style decor. The staff is friendly and professional, providing great service and recognizing IHG members with special perks such as room upgrades.

The hostess at the on-site restaurant could have been more accommodating in finding suitable seating for guests who wanted to enjoy drinks without a full meal.

I recently stayed at Kimpton Hotel Monaco in Pittsburgh for a week-long vacation. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. The rooms were incredibly spacious, with our suite and adjoining room totaling around 1000 sqft. The dog-friendly atmosphere was a huge plus for us. One unique feature of this hotel is that they offer street bikes that guests can borrow for free, which was a pleasant surprise. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar, and the fact that the staff communicated with us through text messages made everything super convenient. Special shoutout to Jack at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful during our stay.

I especially loved the unique modern decor and the fact that this hotel is pet-friendly, which would have been a wonderful feature for our foster kittens. I can't wait to come back!

As women traveling alone, we loved the unique and eclectic decor of the hotel. The staff were amazing and so personable, making us feel safe and comfortable. The amenities were plentiful and the location was ideal for exploring the city. The Biergarten on top of the hotel was a great added bonus!

Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by the friendly valet, who offered to help with my bags. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The room had a unique decor with a mix of 60s/70s vibe and modern style. The bathroom was clean and modern, and I loved the spa-type toiletries provided. We loved the central location of this hotel, as it was close to everything in the downtown area of this city. It was particularly convenient for us to visit the Christmas market and explore other restaurants throughout downtown Pittsburgh. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to offer assistance and provide recommendations. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and we were impressed by the well-maintained facilities. Additionally, the parking and transportation options were hassle-free, making our stay even more enjoyable.
