As a family, we absolutely loved the convenient location of H'Otello in Munich. It's not in the busy tourist areas, but still close to shops, restaurants, and easily accessible to downtown via a quick U-Bahn ride. The hotel design was pleasant, with clean rooms and a softer-than-average bed. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of prosecco and the rose petal heart on our bed, which made our honeymoon stay extra special. The staff at H'Otello was extremely courteous and always willing to make recommendations and assist with any requests. a very positive experience.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and loved it! The staff were delightful and offered complimentary hot chocolate and cookies at check-in. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Christmas markets and ice rink. The breakfast was so delicious, especially the fresh pastries and hot coffee. Can't wait to come back next year!
