Some employees at the hotel seemed unaware of the laws regarding service animals, causing inconvenience and delays for guests who travel with them.

My stay at this hotel was pleasant. The location was great with nearby restaurants and a safe environment. The room was recently renovated, clean and well-organized. I appreciated the good quality towels and extra coffee pods. Despite being close to the highway, the noise level was low. I'd recommend this hotel.
