We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to all the attractions. The hotel provided all the amenities we needed, including a swimming pool and hot tub, which were perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The room was spacious and clean, and we loved the added features like the mini-bar and terrace. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.

The hotel staff at Jamaica Punta Del Este Hotel & Residence were incredibly helpful and courteous during our stay. They provided us with a towel, chair, and umbrella to take to the nearby beach, which was a great convenience. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, with updated bathrooms. The included breakfast was delicious and the location of the hotel was convenient, just a block away from the beach and close to the main attractions of Punta del Este. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

We stayed during Christmas and had a great time. The hotel was perfect for our needs and provided us with beach towels and chairs. The location is great and allowed us to easily explore the area. We also enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool and hot tub as well as the delicious breakfast.

The rooms could use some updating to make them more modern and comfortable. some of the amenities could be improved, such as the cracked plastic toilet seat.

The hotel is centrally located, close to the main attractions and the beach. The area has a lot of construction going on, but that doesn't affect the hotel itself. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice bed and a hot shower. The breakfast is decent, offering a variety of options to start your day. The hotel also provides parking, beach towels, and chairs for guests to use.

The walls are a bit thin, so noise from neighboring rooms can be heard at times.
