The staff is professional and offered a courtesy upgrade, making our stay comfortable. The grounds are fairytale-worthy, with well-decorated rooms. Amenities include a pool and gym. Fireside relaxation and a glass of wine are a must. The view of the beach and wooden town is fantastic.

The outdoor/pool area was stunning and provided a great Thanksgiving backdrop for our family photos. the hotel's proximity to the beach and local attractions made it easy to enjoy all that this area has to offer. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and plenty of natural light.

The service was slow and unresponsive, leaving us waiting and frustrated at times. the gym was located up a narrow and dangerous set of stairs, which made it difficult to access for my elderly mother.

the exclusive amenities such as the outdoor swimming pool, solarium, and sun loungers really made my stay special. the service was exceptional and the staff was always there to assist me and fulfill any of my needs. the restaurant served delicious food and there were also special diet menus available. the room had exclusive advantages such as private facilities and in-room breakfast which added to the overall luxurious experience.

Although the beautiful garden area and sun terrace made up for it, live entertainment would have been a nice touch.
