I had a wonderful stay at a great hotel in a good neighborhood. The staff was always friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The Wi-Fi in the hotel was reliable, allowing me to stay connected. I also appreciated the convenience of free parking, and even when I parked outside, it was not a problem. The breakfast at the hotel was nice with a good variety of options. I didn't have dinner there, but I noticed many people enjoying their meals, so it must be equally good. There were also plenty of shopping options nearby, as well as many nice restaurants within walking distance for evening meals. Compared to staying in the city center, this hotel was a much better choice. Additionally, there is a nearby spot called El Farol where you can witness the perfect sunset accompanied by a lovely park and playground.

Located next to the Punta Carretas shopping mall, the Regency Golf - Hotel Urbano is in a convenient location for guests. This allows easy access to a variety of dining and shopping options. Plus, it is also close to the Punta Carretas beach, providing guests with the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful coastline.

One drawback mentioned by some guests is the lack of a pool or gym facility at the hotel. However, considering the affordable price and the hotel's focus on providing the basics, it is understandable that these amenities are not available.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was excellent, situated in a great area just a short walk from the beautiful Rambla. We were able to explore the Punta Carretas area and visit several nice restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and their English skills were impressive. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and make us feel welcome. We particularly enjoyed the welcome drink with a tasty cheese and homemade bread. The hotel also offered a range of services such as car hire, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service, which added to our convenience and comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. our experience here was fantastic, and we highly recommend this hotel.

My recent city break was made all the more enjoyable thanks to the hotel I stayed in. I really appreciated the two complimentary items that were included in my stay. The room was perfectly located in a quiet area, close to both the beach and the main shopping center. The closeness to various restaurants was fantastic, especially when looking for a quick bite to eat. Another great aspect was having access to bikes, which made for an enjoyable and scenic ride down the coastline.

While my experience at this hotel was overall positive, there were two minor things that could have been improved. the gym facilities were below average and could do with an upgrade.

Great breakfast, helpful staff, excellent location, spacious and comfortable room with a view, good value.
